Saucisson have a robust remarkable, savoury blend of flavours including; natural sea salt, pepper, garlic and other spices. All of our saucissons are pork-based.

Since 1902 in Saint-Symphorien-sur-Coise, Rhône, the Maison Chillet have been making saucisson with the greatest respect for their produce. Over 100 years later, they’re still producing using traditional methods.
