A Brew Loaf Story, our collaboration with Ampersand Brew Co.
Each batch of our beer is made from 65 kilos of bread – that would otherwise have been wasted – this is used in the grist. Then, in the words of Ampersand "we then sprinkled it liberally with the outrageous UK grown Olicana hop".
Together, this creates an English pale with a difference. #aBrewLoafStory
